Exterior detail, interior detail, and real paint correction. Hand wash, claybar and iron decontamination outside; steam clean, shampoo and extraction inside.
A detail is not a wash. A wash removes what is loose on the surface. A detail removes what has bonded to it, then corrects the damage underneath, then protects what is left.
Outside that means a two-bucket hand wash, iron and tar decontamination, clay, then machine polishing to take out the swirls and haze that make a finish look tired under direct light.
Inside it means the seats, carpets and headliner extracted rather than vacuumed, every vent and seam addressed, and leather cleaned and conditioned rather than wiped with a shine product.
It is also the mandatory first step for anything else we do. A ceramic coating or a film install locks in whatever is underneath, so the correction has to happen first.
We quote these separately so you only pay for what the car needs. Most people book the exterior and interior together, then add correction if the paint calls for it.

Filler glazes hide swirls for a few weeks and then they come back. We machine the defect out, then measure the paint to be sure we left enough of it.
Hot water extraction on carpets and cloth, proper leather cleaner and conditioner, and every vent, seam and cupholder actually addressed.
